Our administrative hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m and we can be reached by telephone at (800) 325-7940. The Urgent Care Center (formerly Emergency Deptartment) is open daily, 7:00a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Veteran patients experiencing an actual emergency should call 9-1-1. Veterans accessing emergency care at a local community hospital should notify the VA within 72-hours of care by calling (509) 434-7010.
